Expertise and Experience:

Chris provides independent advice on strategic management of dispute risk and the resolution of disputes in commercial, construction, and infrastructure projects. He also advises clients on appropriate contract administration and strategic claims management.

Chris draws on broadly based experience in a diverse range of sectors. Projects in which he has provided advice include CBD office tower and commercial developments, telecommunication networks, mining infrastructure, industrial and manufacturing plant, hotels and entertainment precincts, residential developments, retail shopping centres, road and rail projects, transport interchange and intermodal projects, social infrastructure including education and housing, resources and renewable energy projects, and defence procurement.
